Description
The rigid thoracic orthosis THORATEX 02 SRT 113 is used for correcting vicious positions of the thoracic spine, clavicle fracture.
It is made of soft textile material, which does not stretch (stiff) and does not disturb during wear, equipped with:
A posterior component that supports the thoracic spine
2 rigid bands that surround the shoulders, correcting the position of the trunk through traction. The 2 bands are positioned over the head of the humerus and are adjustable by cutting.
To shorten the strips, remove the "crocodile" type strip from the ends, cut the strip to the optimal length on the prefigured transverse marks and reposition the strip. The large surface of the 2 bands on which the collar can be fixed allows for a very large adjustment and traction, which helps the clavicle to return to its anatomical shape in the event of a fracture.
