Bag sealing machine PMS PMSSteriSeal Rotary Sealers

The PMSSteriSeal sterilization pouch sealer with PMS printer is specifically designed to meet the requirements of high-volume operations in hospitals and the medical device industry.
Common sterilization packaging processes require traceability of sealed bags to ensure patient/medical device safety and control at all times. The built-in printer of the PMSSteriSeal rotary sealing machines ensures the end user that all essential data required for traceability can be printed on the back of the bag.
The housing of each model is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which minimizes maintenance and ensures hygienic use at CSSDs. Temperature settings are microprocessor controlled and can be adjusted between 50°C and 250°C with a tolerance of +1%.
Hermetic sealing is provided for a wide variety of materials such as sealable bags and reels to EN 868-5 and ISO 11607-1, Tyvek® 1059B, 1073B and 2FS.

Essential data to be printed on the sterilization packaging can be easily entered and monitored by the user via the large LCD panel. Sealing date, expiry date, operator name/code and batch number details will be printed automatically during feeding controlled by the optical sensor.
All machines bearing the PMSSteriSealTM brand are validated, calibrated and compliant with international standards.
