Ideal candidate
- Higher education (preferably in medical engineering, but electronics or electromechanics are also accepted);
- Previous experience in B2B direct sales (preferably medical devices or other technological devices);
- Fair, tidy, pleasant, conscientious, high development needs, willing to commit to a long-term contract of employment;
- Self-motivated and team player;
- Effective sales, negotiation and communication skills;
- Technical skills and ability to use technology, especially computers;
- Dedication to solving problems raised by customers;
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn new things about products and solutions offered;
- Willing to devote own time to personal and professional development;
- English - intermediate/advanced level.

- The responsibilities of our future colleague include:
- Actively participating in the sales of the company's products and services in the assigned area;
- Developing relationships with and advising potential and existing clients;
- Drawing up quotations;
- Constantly prospecting the market to identify new customers, both public and private;
- Carrying out monthly sales plans;
- Working with the back-office team;
- Drafting and writing reports to company management;
- Providing suggestions to improve and develop the sales process.
