Electrocauter SURTRON ABC

Description

LED SURTRON ABC is a module to be connected to a compatible electrosurgical unit, for electrosurgical cutting and coagulation procedures with Argon gas, for open or laparoscopic surgery.

Argon is an inert gas that, when used in combination with specific high-frequency coagulation currents generated by an electrosurgical unit, allows non-contact surface coagulation to be achieved due to the ionization of the gas stream by the high-frequency current.

SURTRON ABC is realized so that the connection to an electrosurgical unit with compatible characteristics to the Argon procedures, allows the erogation both through a manual activation and foot activation. The connection to the ABC unit doesn’t preclude the use of other functions of the electrosurgical units, in fact, in case of use of the compatible LED units, the erogation of the Argon gas occurs only in case of erogation of current of high-frequency coagulation (SPRAY).
